MABROUME MIT PISTAZIEN
Mabroumeh pistachios have the largest nut content and are therefore one of the most popular varieties in Arabic patisserie. The natural pistachios are rolled in a fine thread dough we make and then deep-fried in the finest ghee. Finally, the pastry is subtly sweetened so that the taste is adapted to the palate.
